Ingredients for making coconut water pudding recipe:

- Coconut water: 2 cups.
- Sugar: 1.5 tablespoons.
- 2 cups powdered milk.
- Agar-agar powder: 2 teaspoons.
Method for making coconut water pudding:
- Strain the coconut water well so that the fibers separate.
- Put the coconut water in a pan, then mix the required amount of sugar and agar-agar powder together.
- Don’t forget to mix the agar-agar powder and coconut water while it is cold. Because if the water is hot, the agar-agar powder will not mix at all. Agar-agar powder is used to thicken any liquid.
- Instead of agar-agar powder, you can use any jelly cream.
- Stir the mixture on the stove for about 1 minute. When it boils, remove it.
