Large pot- 1 pcs Rice Cooker 500 ml- 1 pcs
Clean strainer- 1pcs Knief and cutting board- 1 pcs
Frying pan- 1 pcs Measuring cup- medium size
Spoon- medium size Fine mesh sieve- 1 pcs

 

 

Ingredients Required for the Potato Filling

➡ Peeled and diced medium fresh clean potato- 4 pieces  ➡ Roasted dry chilies small size-  3 pieces
 ➡ Finely chopped medium onion- 1 pcs  ➡ Coriander leaves- as necessary
 ➡ Garlic small size- 1 pcs  ➡ Mustard Oil or olive oil for taste- 1 teaspoon
 ➡ Cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon  ➡ Green chili small size- as necessary
 ➡ Salt- as necessary  ➡ Clean water, 1/4 cup

 

 

Ingredients Required for the Rice

 ➡ Rice of any type or long grain- 250 grams  ➡ Boile water- 2 cups
 ➡ Bay leaf small (as necessary)- 1 pcs 

 

 

Prepare Time:

➡ Only 15 Minutes.

 

 

Instruction on preparing the Potato Filling

Cut potatoes on a cutting board with a knife.

➡ Boli the freshly sliced potato at 100 degrees Celsius of water until tender just 10 to 15 minutes.

➡ In a frying pan, heat Mustard Oil or olive oil on medium heat.

➡ Fry in the frying pan garlic and onion until soft and translucent.

➡ Stir in pan until green chili or Roasted dry chilies, salt, and cumin powder, and the spices are fragrant. 

➡ Add ready boiled potato, in green chili or Roasted dry chilies, salt, and cumin powder in the pan and stir. If the mixture is dry add a little warm water.

 When ready that’s mixture, put it in a safe place.

 

 

Instruction on preparing the Rice

➡ Add clean temperature water to a large bowl, and rinse the rice until the dust is removed. You can do it by hand, sieve, or Clean strainer.

➡ Add water- 2 cups and Rice of any type or long grain- 250 grams in a large pot or Rice Cooker 500 ml.

➡ For taste, you can add Coriander leaves to rice.

➡ Cover the pot or Rice Cooker, reduce the heat, and boil for 15 to 20 minutes until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

➡ When the rice is cooked, stir the rice with a spoon to see if the rice is breezy.

➡ When the rice is cooked, cover it.
